We brew beer in small batches, which allows us to get creative with every recipe we develop and create new recipes regularly.

Freedom of Taste

We enjoy exploring a wide variety of beer styles and are not limited to brewing only specific ones. Our range includes West Coast IPAs, English Porters, and everything in between. We are open to experimenting with different styles and nothing is off the table.

Why our beer is so good

    We use high quality malts and prioritize purchasing malts that are regionally sourced.
  • Quality Hops
    We use the freshest hops to ensure that we get the best flavor in our beer.
  • Special Water
    We use techniques to adjust the water chemistry of each recipe to maximize quality and flavor.
  • Unique Yeast
    We work with several yeast labs to get new and exciting yeast strains to use our recipes.
  • Creative Recipes
    We are constantly discovering new ingredients and creating innovative recipes for exceptional beer.
  • Small Batch
    We utilize a modern small-batch brewhouse to consistently craft fresh, exceptional beer.

We use a time-honored traditional brewing process, where craftsmanship meets innovation to create exceptional, authentic brews.

  • Mashing the Malt
    Mashing the Malt
    We start by mashing (or steeping) crushed grain in hot water for a period of time.
  • Boiling the Wort
    Boiling the Wort
    We then move the wort to the boil kettle and boil for a period of time. This is also where hops are often added.
  • Fermentation
    Fermentation
    Once the boil is complete, we cool the wort, move it to a fermentation tank, and pitch the yeast.
  • Packaging
    Packaging
    After fermentation is complete, we move the beer to a tank for carbonation, and then, package it in kegs/cans/bottles.

BBL Brewhouse

We currently use a 2 BBL brewhouse for our brewing operations. This setup enables us to brew in relatively small batches, providing greater variety and flexibility in creating new beer offerings.

Where to buy

Currently our beer is sold exclusively at our brewery tap room. Stay tuned for future updates about exclusive beers available at other retail locations, restaurants, and bars.
